Surgeon Hakan Yüzer graduated from the Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1994. He made it into the top 100 in the Medical Specialization Examination. He has reached the highest level in his professional career by specializing in eye diseases (Ophthalmology).
He learned new treatment methods developed in Turkey and abroad also he combined them with his expertise. In particular, he specializes in eye contour aesthetics. He is also a Plexr plasma practitioner and gives specialist training in Turkey. Thanks to its patented techniques developed itself, patient satisfaction is at its highest level.
In addition to eye diseases and aesthetics around the eyes, he has received and applied training in different areas such as general skin, face, neck, and jowl aesthetics. To date, he has carried out many successful operations and treatments, both with and without surgery. He has participated in many national and international seminars as a speaker. He established European Eye Hospital in Macedonia in 2011 and the İnci Eye Hospital in Turkey in 2004.

He completed his high school education at Kayseri Fevzi Çakmak High School between 1992-1994. He graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine as a medical doctor in 2001.
He worked as a general practitioner between 2001-2003. He completed his military service as a medical second lieutenant in 2003-2004. Between 2004 and 2010, he completed his neurosurgery residency programme at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital 1st Brain and Nerve Surgery Clinic and became a neurosurgeon.
Between 2009 and 2010, he worked as a research fellow in the fields of cerebrovascular and skull base surgery at UW Health University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics School of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery, Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Between 2010 and 2012, after completing his compulsory service at Yozgat State Hospital, he worked as an assistant professor at Düzce University, School of Medicine, Department Neurosurgery between 2012 and 2013.
In 2013, he successfully passed the written and oral chief assistant exams of Turkish Ministiry of Health and he started working as chief assistant at Dişkapi Yildirim Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital, Neurosurgery Clinic.
In 2013, he worked as a research fellow in the fields of neuroendovascular neurosurgery at the Department of Neuroendovascular Therapy at Sendai Kohnan Stroke Hospital in Japan.He became an associate professor in 2015 and a professor in 2021. He has a total of 65 international publications, most of which appear in Q1, Q2, SCI, SCI-E journals, and his H index is 17 according to web of knowledge data.
He is currently a faculty member at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery, and his studies are carried out by Prof.Dr. Mehmet Erhan Türkoglu Clinic.
